The more man meditates upon good thoughts...

... the better will be his world and the world at large. -- Confucious

I know it has been a while since my last post.  my apologies to those of you kind enoough to check out my little blog.  It has been busy lately, not just my lazy tendencies, that have kept me from posting.  I have ridden several times since the last post, today I was down in Taunton at Massasoit State Park with Little T and a couple friends of hers.  It was a good time as usual, unseasonably warm as it was 65 degrees out(pretty sure it's November 20th- just saying).  Yesterday I ran a Best Budies 5k and it was 40 degress out, cool and windy.  Great race, great cause(http://www.bestbuddiesmassachusetts.org/site/c.mwL1KkN4LvH/b.1379317/k.3F6F/WE_ARE_BEST_BUDDIES8482.htm)
glad to take part in it.

Last weekend was one of my best friends birthday.  My wife managed to get a couple great tix to the Bruins-Sabres game on Saturday night.  We headed in town early, grabbed a few beers and a small bite to eat and enjoyed the hell out of ourselves at the B's game in celebration of DeMacishaw's big day, or as he calls it, "the most important day of the year!" Great times with great company, pretty sure we have never gone out and not had a good time!

Like I said, been riding and running.  The runs are killing me with mypantar fasciatis continuosly acting up after every run.  Maybe someday I will be able to just replace my left foot all together!

The riding has also been great fun.  Just had the bottom bracket on my bike replaced by my buddy Jeffery G.  What a difference, pedaling was nice and smooth!  BTW -- My buddy Jimmy who went into cardiac arrest  a couple weeks ago and was saved by my riding partner Little t is home from the hospital after his triple bypass and recovering nicely!  Chhers to you Jimmy!

Below are some pics from the last couple of weeks.

Weapon of choice -- My mountain bike!  Live it! Love it!

My new running shoes!  The don't help me run any faster... but they look cool as shit(the pic doesn't do them justice)!

Demacishaw, a random Sabres fan we took out with us for a couple beers after the B's laid a 6-2 beating on his beloved Sabre's and blurry Jowderballs.

I call this " Ode To Mac"
Happy birthday buddy!

And now I leave you with a little ditty I love from one of my favorite all time bands Anthrax!  Take a second to check it out!
